Colorado Chimney & Fireplace Professionals Since 2005

Saturn Chimney & Fireplace was founded in 2005 by Mike Harris and Eric Davis with a simple goal: to build a chimney and fireplace company Colorado homeowners could trust for safe, professional work, honest recommendations, and fair pricing.

Before starting Saturn Chimney & Fireplace, Mike and Eric spent years working hands-on as chimney and fireplace technicians. They inspected systems, cleaned chimneys, diagnosed problems, performed repairs and installations, and worked directly with homeowners throughout the industry.

Those years in the field gave them more than technical experience. They learned what homeowners expect from a service company: show up professionally, explain the problem clearly, recommend the right solution, respect the home, and stand behind the quality of the work.

Eventually, Mike and Eric decided to take that experience and build a company of their own.

That company became Saturn Chimney & Fireplace.

More than two decades later, those same principles continue to guide the way we do business.

A Colorado Company Built for Colorado Homes

Colorado is a beautiful place to live, but its climate can be demanding on chimney and fireplace systems.

Cold winters, snow, ice, strong winds, high elevation, moisture, rapid temperature changes, and frequent fireplace use can all affect masonry, chimney liners, caps, flashing, venting systems, fireplaces, and other components over time.

That is why local experience matters.

Our team understands the unique conditions Colorado chimneys and fireplaces are exposed to and the types of systems commonly found in homes throughout the Front Range.

We proudly provide chimney and fireplace services throughout three of Colorado’s major metropolitan areas:

  • - Denver and surrounding communities
  • - Colorado Springs and surrounding communities
  • - Fort Collins and surrounding communities

Whether we are inspecting an older masonry chimney in Denver, servicing a fireplace in Colorado Springs, or repairing a chimney system in Fort Collins, our approach is always the same: evaluate the system carefully, prioritize safety, and recommend practical solutions based on the actual condition of the home.

Safety Comes First

A fireplace may be one of the most comfortable features in a home, but the chimney and venting system behind it must function properly.

That is why safety is at the center of everything we do.

Our technicians carefully inspect accessible components, evaluate the condition of the system, identify potential problems, and explain their findings before recommending work.

We believe customers should understand:

  • - What we found
  • - Why it matters
  • - What options are available
  • - What the work will cost

We do not believe in creating unnecessary pressure or recommending work simply because it can be sold.

When a practical repair makes sense, we believe in repairing the system. When replacement or more extensive work is necessary, we explain why.

Our job is to provide the information and professional recommendations homeowners need to make an informed decision.

Honest Recommendations & Fair Pricing

Mike and Eric built Saturn Chimney & Fireplace around a straightforward philosophy:

Recommend what the home actually needs.

Every chimney and fireplace is different. The age of the home, type of fireplace, chimney construction, previous repairs, exposure to Colorado weather, and frequency of use can all affect what service is appropriate.

Rather than approaching every customer with the same solution, we evaluate each system individually.

Our focus is on providing clear recommendations, transparent estimates, professional workmanship, and fair pricing for the work being performed.

No unnecessary pressure. No confusing explanations. Just professional chimney and fireplace service with the customer’s safety and property in mind.

From Technicians to Company Founders

Saturn Chimney & Fireplace was not started in an office. It started in the field.

Mike Harris and Eric Davis spent years working as technicians before becoming business owners. They understand what it is like to climb onto roofs, inspect difficult chimney systems, troubleshoot fireplace problems, work through Colorado winters, and take responsibility for completing a job correctly.

That experience continues to influence the company today.

Mike and Eric remain committed to maintaining the standards Saturn Chimney & Fireplace was founded on and passing their knowledge and experience to the technicians representing the company.

We believe leadership should understand the work being performed, not simply manage it from a distance.

A Diverse Team With One Standard

Saturn Chimney & Fireplace believes opportunity should be based on character, skill, professionalism, willingness to learn, and work ethic.

Our company is proud to employ technicians from different backgrounds and communities. People may come from different places and have different stories, but everyone representing Saturn is expected to meet the same professional standards.

That means:

  • - Respecting our customers
  • - Respecting their homes
  • - Arriving prepared for the job
  • - Continuing to learn the trade
  • - Communicating clearly
  • - Paying attention to detail
  • - Taking safety seriously
  • - Taking pride in quality workmanship

We believe giving hardworking people opportunities to develop valuable skills and build careers makes our team and our company stronger.

Why the Name Saturn?

When Mike and Eric created the company, they wanted a name that would stand apart from the typical chimney business.

They chose Saturn.

Saturn is one of the most recognizable planets in the solar system. Its iconic rings give it an identity that is immediately memorable.

For us, the name represents strength, precision, consistency, and a commitment to high standards.

We wanted to create a brand that homeowners would remember and a company that could grow throughout Colorado without losing the values it was built on.

The Saturn name reminds us that being memorable is not enough. The service behind the name has to earn the reputation.

More Than 20 Years of Experience

Since 2005, Saturn Chimney & Fireplace has continued to grow while remaining focused on the same fundamentals that inspired Mike Harris and Eric Davis to start the company:

Safety. Professionalism. Honest Recommendations. Fair Pricing. Quality Workmanship. Respect for the Customer and Their Home.

Technology, equipment, fireplace systems, and building methods may change over time, but those principles do not.

Our goal is not simply to complete another service call. We want to build relationships with Colorado homeowners who know they have a chimney and fireplace company they can contact whenever they need professional help.
